ROASTED WHOLE HOG   
Succulent whole roasted hog for that unusual attraction at your party. Cured, cooked and ready for you to carve, or we can do that for you at your party.

MILD CURED HAM   
Our famous "prize winning" cured ham hickory smoked.

BARON OF BEEF
Want a more impressive way to treat your guest than to have a baron of roast beef carved at your party, giving each of your guest the degree of doneness they desire.

PEPPERED BEEF
Beef rounds rolled in "cracked pepper" the slow cooked for that tender taste. Sliced for convince for sandwiches or an entrée.

BBQ BEEF AND BBQ PORK
Smoked beef brisket or mesquite pork, slow cooked in the smokehouse. Tangy BBQ sauce to add that right western flavor. Great for sandwiches or as your main entree.

SMOKED TURKEY
Our turkey breast, hickory smoked to the right degree of taste and excellence.

SMOKED CHICKEN IN BBQ SAUCE
Quartered chicken baked in the smokehouse to perfection, finished off with tangy BBQ sauce to round out the flavor. Or smoked boneless chicken breast.
